•Manage the company`s shareholders accounts.
•Manage daily relationship and account requirements of existing clients and assist other Client Service Officers with complicated relationships.

•Coordinate Training sessions for the different departments (mostly business development courses) and ensure that Private Client Group, Asset Management and Brokerage attend business and investment conferences that will expand our contacts and relation chain.
•Assist in developing new revenue sources through supplier membership, exhibits and sponsorship
•Serve as internal liaison to the meetings department and other staff resources.
•Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines. working on Private Client Group Measurement challenge
•Collaborate with other members of the marketing and sales teams to identify target customer segments, positioning and value propositions and to generate staff motivation.
