Primary contact between the Account Management team and the technical delivery support organization.
to lead and direct the delivery teams with expectations to ensure the contracted services are delivered as per commitment by the organization.
Providing incident, problem, and change reporting & analysis to identify issues and trends and develop action plans
Ensuring compliance of IT infrastructure, systems and services with security policies and standards
