Worked as an administrator for Kuwait’s civil information. I dealt with customers on a daily basis to issue Kuwaiti Civil IDs, lost civil IDs, certification of marriage contracts, canceling and transferring residencies in terms of the civil ID, issuing personal and company certificates authenticated to be used in other establishments inside and outside of Kuwait and registering companies within the PACI system. Also, became in charge of training employees in Liberation Tower on registering companies on the PACI system. I also managed the branch when branch manager and supervisors were on leave.
Worked as PR & Social Media Executive for H&M Middle East brand, in 10 markets. Worked on upcoming campaigns in terms of planning and implementation. Getting online coverage for global H&M Designer collaborations such as Marni at H&M, Anna Dello Russo for H&M and Maison Martin Margiela for H&M & ensured to get media coverage. Put together the blogger competition for Designer Collaborations & PR events in stores. Planned & implemented twitter for all H&M ME tweets and also communicated with customer complaints on twitter. All twitter accounts have become verified during my time working at H&M. Created Twitter Competitions with Bloggers as judged. Track Blogger posts regarding H&M ME as well as communicate with bloggers regarding any blogger requests. Coordinated Facebook ME events, wall posts & global H&M activities. Worked on store openings in terms of social media & PR. Put together weekly and monthly reports tracking all social media coverage for H&M ME. Also took care of internal communications quarterly H&M ME newsletter, H&M ME Awards Newsletter, AlShaya Customer care Newsletter for H&M content & Weekly Brand update. Have planned CSR activities for H&M ME for upcoming campaigns. Worked on Mentor Arabia project, a competition that supports drug prevention in the ME. Dealt with the research, planning and implementation. Mentor Arabia T-shirts were sold in H&*M Kuwait with 25% of proceeds going to Mentor Arabia. Have been trained in H&M head office in Sweden for PR & Social Media. Communicate, follow up and work on requests from H&M head office in Sweden. Sorted out samples for upcoming campaigns. Dealt with Media & blogger requests from store and gave store permissions. Have planned open houses for upcoming collections. Also, worked on side projects for management. Worked on the PR & Social Media for COS launched in The Avenues- Grand Avenue. Press event before launch in FA Gallery, press gifts, follow ups with COS head office and local COS team. Also, worked on COS launch in Dubai.
Worked as Marketing and Sales coordinator. Meeting with clients interested in leasing space in the KIPCO Tower. Worked on updating the UT brochures and bags. Follow up on client needs from contracts, proposals to site visits. Worked on newspaper Ad campaigns for KIPCO Tower. Coordinated UT requirements for real estate expo and conference (booth, giveaways as well as communicating with interested clients at expo.

I studied for 4 years in Kuwait University. My major was English Literature and my minor was English Linguistics. I majored in Literature because I have a passion for writing and reading. We mostly studied poetry, drama and novels, including the different background of each piece; as well as, the era it was written in. We studies the history of each era and also compared pieces of literature to different theories like feminism for example. It was a beautiful experience that gave me a great handle on my writing and analysis skills.
