Working on project at HRDF in one of the job channels established by HRDF to support the national program for assisting jobseekers in Saudi Arabia (Hafiz), Was part of a team that provided operational support to the Human Resource Development Fund, validated the invoices that comes from service provider and raise the certificate of completion to the finance.
-Coordinated with the clients for the communication of errors and inconsistencies observed in the provided evidence against the validation rules.
-Discussed the claims verification process and review related issues which not only strengthen the concepts but also supported in grooming junior members of the team.
- Review and validate several types of expenses at Royal Private Affairs, to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the amounts claimed by services providers and document all related working papers. Also providing the client with proper recommendations to resolve the issues and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control environment.
