Role responsibilities:
1. Order planning:
• Placement of orders: Communicate with suppliers to order sufficient quantities of products to achieve sales forecasts.
• Delivery plan control: Manage shipment delivery to warehouses.
• Stock Allocation: Transfer stock between branches as per expectations.
• Manage shipments to branch warehouses from central warehouses.
• Handle requests related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Import Operations:
• To validate the shipping docs in accordance with the customs regulations.
• To get the needed approvals from customs, DGR shipments, SC Certificates, exemptions, SFDA, etc.
• To control and track shipments from origin until final delivery, all while managing the needed approvals and communications with all involved parties.
• To coordinate with the appointed customs clearance agents upon arrival of the shipments.
• To claim the reported discrepancies with the origin, clearance agents and insurance company as per the company’s regulations.
3. Inventory Management:
A. Monitoring the movement of products:
Identify and control slow and fast stock movement in warehouses and coordinate with the sales team.
B. Inventory performance analysis:
Classification of inventory based on sales performance.
C. Sales and Operations Planning:
Attend monthly S&OP meetings with sales team to highlight business and inventory challenges as per plan.

٣- التعامل المباشر مع العملاء عن طريق الواتس اب لخدمة التوصيل المنزلي .
