• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for the assignees.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the assignees desires.
• Acting as the assignees representative in a firm to ensure demands are met with a focus on
improving customer experience.
• Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to Shell.
• Reading and analyzing incoming mail, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and
plan their distribution.
• Ensuring effective diary management to ensure that priorities are met and conflicts avoided.
• Arrange for meetings and compiling, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings
• Follow up in overseeing administrative policies and procedures for the organization.
• Scan and file documents for all the departments, including expenses reports, invoices etc.
• Update all internal contact lists, including staff telephone extensions, birthdays, and work
anniversaries.
• Collecting daily, weekly and monthly employees timesheets
• Screening and redirecting telephone calls, and dealing with incoming faxes and email, often
