Supports the line manager in implementing protection activities in Syria and
provides Back office support to the protection teams in the field.
Ensures proper individual follow-up of Tracing Cases is provided by
communicating with other ICRC structures, the sub-delegations in Syria,
and National Societies internationally.
File revision and Analysis: Revision of individual missing files through
coordination and liaising internally and externally to conduct the quality
check of Tracing cases and files.
Carries out administrative tasks relating to the follow-up of Restoring
Family Links activities.
Contributes to reporting and the collection of statistical data.
Provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum
to the needs of each pupil.
Create projects designed to enhance lectures.
Utilize various curriculum resources.
Work with program coordinators to ensure initiatives are being met.
Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
Conducts on and off-site interviews using a variety of structured and non-
structure questionnaires.
Support the lead reviewer in documenting and coordinating the review
process.
Prepare, maintain, and update website materials.
Collect and analyze specialized data
Fact-check articles to ensure that technical or specialized information is
presented accurately.
Responsible for detecting and correcting spelling, grammar, and word usage
errors.
Verify that the sources used are appropriate.
Support developing and delivering high-quality events, including virtual
events, parliamentary meetings, fundraising events, and conferences.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports;
summarizing information.
Provide administrative and communications support.
Assist in organizing and managing various PR events
Attend and cover events as applicable.
Advertising and Promotion
Provide effective teaching and facilitation to vulnerable host community children by employing a variety of methodologies in teaching students, including demonstrations, discussions, and lectures.
Assist and manage a focused session for adolescents (children in apprenticeship program).
Responsible for ensuring proper filling of M&E tools.
Implement CB PSS sessions, life skills, parenting, and awareness session for
youths.
Conduct pre- and post-questionnaires, document Biodata, collect timesheets, code of conduct, and contracts.
Support youths in placement preparation, including induction, registration,
training and development plans, and all relevant station procedures.
Liaise closely with the psychosocial support (PSS) team to ensure appropriate coordination.
