• Managing the day to day operations of the HR department
• Interviewing job seekers and providing feedback to the HR Manager
• Establishing networks and professional relationships with individuals/institutions for recruitment sourcing
• Conducting exit interviews with departing employees and preparing analysis report accordingly, to gather information on employees’ feelings, their morale, motivation, efficiency and factors that affect the company
• Updating and analyzing employees’ turnover report on monthly basis

• Proceeding the Enrollment in the NSSF process with the employees' delegates
• Preparing and publishing memos
• Maintaining confidential employees' files, inputs and updating employees' records into the HR information system
