Job Role:
-Developing strategies and tactics to achieve successful market entry of several products in multiple therapeutic areas (Wound care, Plastic surgery & Urology lines) into key strategic product areas with the objective of maximizing market penetration and profitability for Elegant are Group.
•Formulation and on ground implementation of business plans, management of product marketing activities, and the execution of new product introductions.
•Planning and execution of product launches including pre-launch activities and post launch follow-up and support.
•Collaborate with field sales team, training, coaching and management
•Close follow- up with KOLs and patients to validate, deliver and evaluate marketing strategies and programs.
In a completely different industry, this job entitles me to:
• Support the marketing department with annual plans for new business brands, to enhance company revenues/profits.
• Execute the current annual plan for existing business
• Monitor budgets and financial figures related to marketing campaigns.
• Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
• Coordinate product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research, consultants and advertising agencies).

Develop marketing campaigns medical and marketing materials:
Used by the sales force in the field (detail aids, drop cards, brand reminders)
Patient program booklets, tools, and event elements.
Digital communication elements websites, videos and software structures.
Training materials and objection handlers for the medical representatives.
Measurement and tracking indicators to evaluate the designed programs success.
