- Responsible for the business development of a number of key accounts in the retail business by developing and growing the company's portfolio of brands within the accounts and the categories where these brands are major players.

- Manage the company’s fidelity cards including the input of the data into the software and the extraction of statistical reports to be used in target market identification, in addition to the advertising and promotion campaign
- Conduct customer service training programs for employees
- Help preparing and distributing tasks to designers, as well as following up with them on deadlines and submissions
- Help drafting advertising messages to be diffused through different media of communication and follow up on the releases
- Manage the internal charges invoicing and the prints’ inventory
- Intermediate between the designers, the executive, the other departments, and the branches
