Responsible to facilitate all aspects of Internal Communications including messages sent to Zain employees through official communication channels and internal activities/initiatives.
Currently holding the position of Organization and Performance Development specialist. Being a strategic partner to different levels in the organization in order to ehnace employee performance and help with employee development.
Other responsibilities include: Liaison with Finance Division to maintain budget and establish SLA's with different departments.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the organization to achieve their business goals by focusing on the human performance through providing different learning solutions (training, e-learnings, books...etc).
Holding the position of internal communication specialist with ownership of all aspects of internal communications activities, responsibilities include the development and execution of internal strategic and tactical communications plans for Zain’s Internal communications programmes.
Engage Zain employees in the company’s goals and objectives - and progress towards achieving them.
Certificate in Drug and Alcohol Studies Certificate in Domestic Violence
