o Providing quality customer service by fully understanding customer needs, suggesting material alternatives and design workarounds, helping them browse a range of products and finishing solutions.
o Processing all billing of measurements and price quotations on agreed designs and materials.

o Coordinating with other contractors to identify and resolve any conflicts on sites.
o Maintaining and growing long-term relationships with customers.

o Increasing product knowledge and market awareness through updates of changing industry trends such as new materials, technologies as well as competition variables.
o Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other related events.
