To enter data in HCC-A electronic database real time. To ensure timely completion of data entry as assigned by the HCC-A and the Principal Investigator (PI)/COI at the participating centre. To ensure error-free data entry in the electronic database. The data should match with source data (case files, electronic medical records, reports of investigations). To assist PI in consenting and maintain a copy of consent forms for all the enrolled patients. To follow up patients in the OPD, Wards and telephonic follow up at defined time period for each protocol. To check compliance of patients in all interventional studies.. To coordinate appropriate sample collection, transfer of samples, report collection and entry in the database.
