• Responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality
• Develop and maintain files and records of current cost of equipment, products, and components.
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Develop and maintain cost standards to assist in future costing.
• Review all vendors and suppliers and maintain and update a list of suppliers.
• Preparation of Tender documents to Dubai Municipality, preparation of local purchase orders, RFQ, inventory control and invoicing of equipment’s and tools (ERP software’s- Oracle- NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics-AX) and MS Office.
• Head of installation and commissioning of dosing units for the hygiene chemicals as per Dubai
municipality standards.
• Preparation of work orders, weekly service schedule and generating reports.

• Review vendors and supplier’s quotations, identify technical & commercial specifications received from the vendors to avail the best price
• Ability to analyze and evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in
description of material and equipment
• Prepare and issue purchase orders with selected suppliers' price & technical specifications
• Strong Negotiation skills to ensure that target prices with max payment terms are obtained
• Represent the organization in a responsible & professional manner
• Review orders to formulate better strategies to reduce price, improve quality, reduce lead time
• Negotiate & setup price list with top spend suppliers, monitor cost using price variance report
• Preparation of Quotations (RFQ) with reference to the tender received and providing the technical and commercial quotation to ADNOC with all the relevant supporting documents
• Monitoring daily onshore oil and gas Production Operations and provide recommendations for improvement and best optimization methods.
• Organize, Prioritize and Schedule the workflow of the oil wells in the Group Gathering Station of JTI.
• Planning, Scheduling and executing well head operations mainly chemical injection and wax removal techniques in order to enhance the production.
• Documentation works of maintaining well performance database and updating of reports (Production activities) and preparation of job schedules, well test schedule.
• Perform duties within guidelines of health and environmental safety.
• Achieving the target of 300 Tons per day by carrying out the production activities of the fully
automated Hi-Tech Cattle feed plant
• Assisting the plant engineer in the routine maintenance like predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance for rotating equipment’s (Pellet Presses, Hammer Mills, and Grinder Sieves), bucket elevators, chain conveyors etc.
• Identifying the spare parts in prior to avoid downtime
• Documentation works mainly issuing of Work Permits, Annual Maintenance Contract records, work Orders, Tender Documents, reports (Consumption and Production)

Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering with 3.85 CGPA
