• Responsible for execution of the quality system at site and shall continuously
monitor the performance of the quality system.
• Review of Kick-off meeting (KOM), Pre Inspection meeting dossier (PIM), plan.
Participating KOM/PIM with Vendor, Contractor, and Client & TPI.
• Review of vendor documents such as VDRL (Vendor document required list)
per Material requisition.
• During PIM with the supplier to set up and develop the ITP and Procedures
for supplying the material of Electrical, Instrumentation Telecom and
Cathodic protection system.
• Review of TBE (Technical bid evolution) & Material Requisition (MR)
• Review of project technical specification drawing, and BOQ and determine
quality criteria and engineering criteria for materials, quality and testing
requirements.
• Conduct vendor inspection of equipment before releasing on-site and Review
of IRN, Factory Acceptance Test reports and manufacturers Quality Control
documents
• Ensure that project relevance material and equipment are correctly received
in the store, preserved and handled, identify and traceable.
• Monitoring all phases and processes required for the effective completion and
Handover of all E &I related works (Electrical, Instrumentation,
Telecommunication and Cathodic protection).
• Ensured proper coordination with Clients, Engineering, Production and other
departments.

• Quality control of electrical construction activities.
• Preparation of QCPs and Method statements.etc.
• Control, Monitor and Maintain documents, Records and drawings.
• Carry out site inspection of incoming materials and approval.
• Monitor and inspection of various electrical construction activities.
• Co-ordination for internal quality compliance audits.
• Coordinate with project coordinator for specific material approvals.
• Liaise with client representatives on QC activities.
• Preparation of As-built drawing and Test pack.
• Verification of results of corrective & preventive action.
