Responsible for maintaining day to day Human Resource, Personnel, Administrative & services in order to meet goals and support to organization to ensure smooth operations.

Reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for assisting with preparation of HR reports, statements, personnel administration services, maintaining employees accounts payable and managing office operations, working within Human Resource policies and procedures and in compliance with all Territorial Acts and Legislation.

 Implement HR policies and procedures
 Assist with preparation of the HR Reports
 Assist with the annual employee appraisal
 Employee training,
 Employee Evaluation and Promotion
 Ensure employee data is entered into the system
 Maintain personnel files and records
 Receive & Review employee request
 Verifying employee request as per HRMD policies and procedures & process for Approval
 Respond to employee inquiries
 Administer and Monitor Employees accommodation, Transportation
 Employee Service & Benefits
 New arrival employment Contract.
 Employee Documents & Personnel file Record.
 Employee vacations / Leaves / Transfer
 Arrangement of Airline Ticket & Visa
 Work accident payment (GOSI)
 Employee End of Service/Resignation/End of Contract.
 Employee Final Settlement & Departure.
