Responsibilities:
•Creating & maintaining IT processes for improving the daily functioning of the department and aligning them with business needs.
•Managing VMware ESXI Host Server, Configuration Maintenance, vSphere suite.
•Maintaining Physical & VMware infrastructure by monitoring SAN Storage (IBM) requirements and migrating other older physical servers to virtual state.
•Prepared the environment for deployment of Windows Infrastructure (AD, Windows Servers, File & Print Server)
•Configuring and supporting daily task with backup repository configuration with Veeam Backup solutions.
•Configured flash backups on IBM Storwize 5030 for critical VM's.
•Experience in recovering the data from other threats using backup technology.
•Excellent knowledge of activities related to install, configure and managing SAN Storage devices and fiber switches.
•Installation & working knowledge of SQL server.
•Prepared and maintained documentation of technologies, standards, and procedures.

•Provide ofline support for critical production systems. Warehouse Management
•Configuring warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, and shipping methods.
•Extensive knowledge in configuring warehouse management system for Inbound, Outbound & inventory controls setups
•Installation and configuration of ILS Database servers across the gulf region.
•Installation and configuration of Primary and secondary Application servers.
•Setup Test and Production environments.
•Supporting IT operations activities associated with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS)
•Collaborate with WMS managers, interface with vendors integrating 3rd party applications.
•Troubleshooting & resolving day to day issues.
•Organize, Create, Assign and maintain inventory and storage area
•Responsible for adding new Operational flows.
•Ensure in/out shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy
