I am a CSE citizen service executive in Passport Office in Passport seva Project by TCS as in joint Venture with Ministry of external affairs India in which My role is to Process passport Application and Deliver a Indian Passport to the citizen in a systematic Correct and Transparent smooth manner.Online Accounting of money debit and credit, Invoice Billing, Document Controlling, Managing the Floor and Co ordination, helping customers about explaining right documentation, verify Applicants all legal documents for passport processing online through time parameters, Data entry and online Scanning of all documents at National level and verifying the document in correct manner for making Indian Passport.
Give training top all new joinees and executives. Regular attendence making of all staff and executives, call waiting handling as well as Recruiting of new joineewith and co ordination with executives when if waiting is unlimited of Emergency calls so Attending the Emergency calls Collect all the necessary informations and dispatch the Ambulance, Fire Bridget, Police, as per Requirements Emergency of Victim/Patients.
Telephonic Communication to Doctors Attending all the Patients attainder calls and manage the OPD Department, regular maintain the Doctors schedule time to time maintain the Account of Hospital and maintain the Hospital Accounts and Cash department.
I am completed my study in Bachelor degree in Commerce B.com commerce and also take 2 certificate in internet and CCA,DCAwith total 4 years experience in customer service and BPO,KPO,ITES and many more.
