JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
•Handling full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting Etc.
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
• Performing full set of accounts and ensuring timely closing of accounts.
• Performing project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow & reporting to Management.
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
• Performing cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Issuing project cost reports for review and approval.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Supporting CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
• Establishing and maintaining systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
• Vat Input Output and reconciliation and Pay
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
•Reconciling transactions, financial data, and other information to an automated accounting system.
• Pre-auditing, verifies, and processes employee expense claims reviewing rules for employee compliance.
•. Reviewing new procedures, manuals, and system enhancements and suggests revisions. Composes routine letters and reports using instructions or guidelines of the work area. Inventories office supplies and equipment; prepares and submits orders for purchase. Explains appropriate work instructions to other employees.
•Interpreting and Appling instructions and guidelines to resolve work problems.
•Providing assistance and training to others in the work unit.
•Establishing and revises work methods, forms, formats, and standards to improve operating efficiency.
•Coordinating the work of the unit by determining priorities; scheduling, assigning, and explaining work; and overseeing the completion of the work.
•Assuring that the work meets quality and production standards by reviewing the work for accuracy and proper completion and monitoring output.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
•Preparing monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
•Preparing state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data.
•Complying with state and Zakat filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating yearly estimated Zakat payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings.
•Responding to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
•Providing financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
•Preparing special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts.
•Updating job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
•Accomplishing finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
