1. Customer Contact:
* Representing the company on the telephone.
* Promptly greeting & addressing all the customers to the showroom.
* Ensuring prompt priority customer care for those with problems & complaints.
* Documenting walk-ins & tele-ins in the showroom.
2. Sales/Service:
* Introduce sales consultants to all walk-in customers
* Provide customers initial information in the form of brochures
* Provide basic information of sales and service over phone to all telephone enquiries.
* Pass on all tele-in enquiries to respective sales consultants with the consent of sales manager and assisting
them as well
3. Resource Management:
* Ensure all showroom display vehicles and test drive vehicles are displayed in a proper layout.
* Ensure cleanliness of display and test drive vehicles by maintaining the showroom vehicle checklist.
* Maintain test drive logbook to monitor and control proper usability of test drive vehicles.
Wedding Management
1. Database Management:
* Sending invitations in the form of mails or couriers
1. Greeted guests upon arrival and directed them to their seating areas.
2. Communicating with managers, chefs and service staff about event timing and any special requests.
3. Exhibited a professional and courteous appearance and demeanour at all times.
4. Answered guest questions concerning schedules of the event.
5. Oversee the setup of all tables/areas and supplies and service of food and beverage is done properly
6. Ensure the ending of the event is a pleasant experience
7. Maintain clean and organized work area.
8. Promptly communicated any event glitches to supervisors.
