• Performing Calibration of Temperature and Humidity, Mass and Balances, Dimension, Volume and Electrical Instruments as per ISO 17025:2017 and respective international standards and guidelines.
• Preparing all reference standards to be used in performing calibration as well as necessary documents before and after calibration.
• Attended EIAC audit for ISO 17025:2017 for electrical and speed.
• Checking periodic calibration for master equipments.

* Performing troubleshooting and provide technical support services, like replacing required electronic component.
* Generating planned preventive maintenance
checklist, calibration checklist and service reports as
per ECRI
* Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
* Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are calibrated in EIAC Accredited Calibration Laboratory.

temperature, mass and electrical instruments as per
ISO/IEC 17025-2017.
* Performed as individual auditee for dimension and thermal
NABL audit.
* Projects: The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).
Calibration of Slip Gauges and generating report including
uncertainty calculation as per ISO 17025:2017.
* Ensuring all the equipment’s are calibrated on a periodic basis.
* Plans sequence of calibration program for instruments and
equipment’s according to schematics, technical manuals
and other specifications.
* Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of test
instruments and standard instruments as per NABL
Standards.
* Developing standard work instruction procedures for testing
the instruments.
* Reviewing and comparing the data collected from
the calibration machines and the ideal data.
* Calculation of the uncertainty.
* Analyzes and converts test data, using mathematical formulas
and reports.
* Preparation of Quality plan as per specifications, scope of
work and client requirements.
* Monitoring and implementing quality activities as per quality
plan.
* Maintaining and review of documents.
* Conducted inter laboratory calibration and
proficiency testing as per the ISO Standards.
