- Responsible for preparation of requested fragrance oil and applications.
- Responsible for launching the required oils into the Roxane machine and send it to the production department.
- Responsible for conducting quality test of fragrance oil and materials by measuring the density, refractive index, colorimetric and flash point.
- Responsible for applying fragrance oil in various applications such as perfume (EDT, EDP), personal care, home care and laundry care bases.
- Responsible for managing operational documents such as stocks of raw materials and fragrance oil.
- Responsible for managing the projects and prepare documents with regards to shipping such as MSDS, Shipper’s Declaration for Non-Dangerous Goods and sent it to client.
- Responsible for conducting quality test in different kinds of Water/Waste Water, Soil, Fertilizer, Compost, Plant by following the standard procedure such as APHA (American Public Health Association), AWWA (American Water Works Association), WEF (Water Environment Federation), ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials), ISO (International Organization For Standardization).
- Calibrate equipments such as pH Meter, Electrical Conductivity Meter, Turbidity Meter, Analytical Balance, UV-Spectrophotometer, and Inductively Coupled Plasma.
- Analyze pH @ 25⁰C, Electrical Conductivity @ 25⁰C, Turbidity, Total Dissolved Solids, Total Suspended Solids, Total Hardness, Alkalinity, Dissolved Oxygen, Chemical Oxygen Demand, Biochemical Oxygen Demand, Chloride, Total Residual Chlorine, Organic Nitrogen, Calcium and Magnesium Hardness, Sulfide, Oil and Grease, Carbonate and Bicarbonate.
- Analyze Nitrate Nitrogen, Nitrite Nitrogen, Ammonia Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Sulfate, Fluoride and Sulfur using UV-Spectrophotometer equipment.
- Analyze trace metals by Inductively Coupled Plasma instrument such as Aluminium, Boron, Barium, Calcium, Magnesium, Beryllium, Copper, Manganese, Cadmium, Cobalt, Selenium, Arsenic, Nickel, Chromium, Lead, Zinc, Iron, Silver, Potassium, Antimony, Tin, Thallium, Strontium, and Molybdenum.
- Analyze Moisture Content, Ash Content, Water Content, and Organic Matter for Soil, Compost and Fertilizer.
- Analyze pH @ 25⁰C, Electrical Conductivity @ 25⁰C, Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen, Water Soluble Carbonate & Bicarbonate, Water Soluble Chloride, Water Soluble Sulfate, Exchangeable Calcium and Magnesium, Total Phosphorus, Potassium and Total Sulfur for Soil, Compost, Fertilizer and Plant.
- Responsible for monitoring and verifying Laboratory Activity.
- Responsible for checking and data entry of online documentation and logbook updating.
- Responsible for verifying retained sample analysis, storage and dispose of retained sample for Water/Waste Water, Soil, Fertilizer, Compost, Plant.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating various specification and test methods employed for testing.
- Responsible for routine analysis/calibration and prepare test reports in compliance to quality system.
- Responsible for implementing, updating and maintaining the safety and environment of the laboratory.
- Responsible for preparation of technical document to internal audit program assisting to technical manager.
- Responsible for assisting Deputy Technical Manager for all activities and to take over all the activities in the absence of Deputy Technical Manager.
- Received samples given by the client.
- Record the laboratory activities and accomplishment.
- Analyze Drinking Water, Potable Water, Domestic Water, Swimming Pool Water, HVAC Water using equipment such as pH and Electrical Conductivity, Total Dissolved Solids, Calcium & Magnesium Hardness, Alkalinity.
- Analyze samples using UV-Visible Spectrophotometer such as Total Suspended Solids, Free Chlorine, Nitrite, Organophosphonate, Total Iron, Copper total, etc.
- Encode all the test result gathered from the analysis.
- Calibrate the equipment such as pH meter, Inductively Coupled Plasma, Atomic Absorption Spectrometry, Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.
- Monitored the chemical inventory and the room temperature every 4 hours.
- Received water samples and separate it in 5 bottles which is for preservative samples and unpreserved samples.
- Analyze different kinds of Water / Waste Water, Drinking Water, Swimming Pool Water, Marine Water, Ground Water, Waste Sludge, Solid Waste, Bitumen, Soil, Aggregate, Concrete by following the Standard Method such as APHA (American Public Health Association), AWWA (American Water Works Association), WEF (Water Environment Federation), ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials).
- Analyze pH & Electrical Conductivity, Chemical Oxygen Demand, Biochemical Oxygen Demand, Hydrocarbon Analysis, Carbonate and Bicarbonate, Total Dissolved Solids, Total Suspended Solids, Oil and Grease Analysis, Calcium and Magnesium Hardness, Total Alkalinity, Total Hardness, Chloride.
- Spectrophotometer Analysis such as Nitrite, Iron, Copper, Bromine, Dissolved Oxygen, Free Chlorine, Cyanide, Flouride, Nitrate, Phosphorus, etc.
- Heavy metals analysis using Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, Inductively Coupled Plasma and Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry.
- pH, Sulphate and Chloride Content in Soil, Aggregates, Ground Water and Hardened Concrete
- Bitumen Analysis such as Flash Point, Penetration, Softening Point.
- General Awareness on Environmental Monitoring such as Ambient Air Quality Indoor Air Quality, Noise, Dust, Heat, Stack Emission Monitoring, etc.
