•Collect root cause analysis and provide corrective feedback to prevent line stops due to supply issues.

•Manage and coordinate supplier Parts Per Million (PPM), supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators
•Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
•Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP).
•Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements
•Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of correction actions of supplier quality issues
•Work with the supplier directly, create correction action plans to address process failures
• Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
•Monitor Quality planning tracking system (Engineering change/Process Change/new projects). Monitor effectiveness of actions taken through NCCA.
•Gathers and analyzes data pertinent to quality tools & use data to improve process capability & cost improvements. Exhibits organizational, communication and documentation skills.
•Working with preparation as well as change in FMEA, PPAP, PROCESS CONTROL PLAN, QUALITY MANUAL.

•A Professional 7+ Years of Experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, Process Audits, Internal & External Audits (Customer Audits), Product Audits, Quality control of various child parts from suppliers etc.
•Carrying out various tests & inspection of brought out parts to ensure that products developed follow pre-set technical specifications & detecting defects and taking corrective actions.
•Skills in conducting Audits, inspections & tests, making work Instructions & SOPs, taking process improvement and quality systems initiatives for enhancing production efficiency.
•Responsible for Quality Management System (TS16949, OHSAS 18001:2007, & ISO 14001:2015).
•Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product launches to meet customer requirements.
•Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, APQP, MSA, SIX SIGMA, and 7QC TOOLS.
•Identified negative/positive trends and implemented Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) when necessary.
•Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective and preventive actions
•Managing cost of quality & cost of poor quality. Managing part quality & testing activities
•Monitor the issuing of supplier material and carrying audit at supplier side to ensure the product quality.
