Receiving and transmitting data from flight crews, ramp, sales, commissary, and maintenance personnel.
Conducting plot gate assignments on gate management system and feeding them into the ACFIDS as per gating restrictions to provide daily safe movement of aircraft, personnel and passengers.
Monitoring all forecasts and routing changes in arrival/departure times as well as providing advice to appropriate personnel and updating FIDS/FMIS screens.
Performing duties as per established policies and procedures while providing primary consideration to personal safety, safety of co-workers and passengers.
Responsible for providing customer service for 37 to 50 passengers on a particular number of flights.
Efficiently verified the emergency checklist and equipment as well as securing the cabin prior to each flight.
Boarded and deplaned passengers as well as providing security and comfort to passengers and cabin crew.
Evacuated the cabin in an emergency/incident.
Provided first aid in case of any incident or for passengers requiring such help.
Assisted passengers in need such as unaccompanied minors and passengers in need of a wheelchair, etc.
Performed customer service tasks/secondary duties.
Registered passengers for their booked flight.
