As Manager- Sales Processes and Deployment, oversees budget planning; sales process deployment; projects and market research; sales reward programmes; business channel engagement; team management & sales support activities; training & development; & system process audits as per the Key Result Areas-
Track performance of circle sales team, roll out plan for next month & align to company goals.
Coordinate with the circle sales head, distribution head, and circle finance team to prepare the sales plan, budgeting of expenditure, allocation of targets, & prepare SAC sheet every month.
