I have been working as a Manager in HCL Technologies, and I have successfully completed a 3 year delivery for the client Geological Survey of India. I have worked closely with the client, and implemented the 7th Central Pay Commission with my team. I am currently working in the Financial domain.
I have led a team of managing the digitisation project of Indian Postal Service, and also the Core banking solution being implemented in the entire North East India, for the Indian Postal Service.
I have managed the digitisation project and Result display project with a team size of 40 people. I have worked closely with the state government officials, in the strategy of implementation of the IT Solutions. I was also part of new technology adoption processes.
I have worked as part of the teams in the Insurance domain to deliver solutions in CRM through Siebel as a tool.

Furthermore, I have led a team for integrating an external VB based application within the Siebel environment and achieved a 0-defect UAT, which was unprecedented in that project's history.
I have managed the project related effort tracking data and managed corresponding job distribution as well. Developed Unit Test cases and Integration Test Cases. I have written the High Level and Low Level designs for customised solutions according to the needs of the client.
I have worked in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a Siebel Consultant. As part of Wipro Technologies, we provided customized Business Solution according to the need of the client in Siebel. I have worked in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Server Administration and Smartscripts and Database. I also have worked upon Database (Oracle PL-SQL) and UNIX due to the Business Requirements.

I have been single point of contact for Invoicing module from offshore, for the clients.
I am currently pursuing my degree in Masters of Business Administration. The programme focuses on Sustainability as a major driver for re-defining the way business is done. I have been working with small and medium sized organisations (SMEs) in the UK to help reshape brand and marketing strategies for businesses, including Otterton Mill, Fairford Electronics as well as providing recommendations about innovation management techniques. I am currently working with Nokia on their social welfare project “Education for All”.
Passed Computer Science & Engineering with CGPA as 7.61 in 2006. Ranked 1st in a State level Aptitude Test in 2005.
I have passed with First division and distinction having my Science subjects as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. I have also represented my school in various academic and non-academic competitions ad won prizes accordingly.
