Designing of Electrical single line diagrams, Schematic drawings (AC/DC circuits), Single Line Meter & Relay Diagrams, Wiring diagrams, and cable schedules. Designing & drafting as per customer specifications / guidelines using AutoCAD / Micro station.
Study of the standards, specifications, and all other project related technical documents.
Co-ordination with existing station equipments with new devices in case of up-gradation of the sub stations.
Preparation of mark-ups for drafting and reviewing.
Study and implementation of Customer drafting Standards.
Coordinating with the team to keep up delivery commitment
Handling the project of PG&E of ranges from 230kV to 60kV Substations
Job Profile:
• Designing of Vacuum Circuit Breaker panels Indoor/outdoor type - up to 33KV
With ABB breaker.
• Designing of SF6 Circuit Breaker panels Indoor/outdoor type up to 33KV
With ABB breaker.
Testing & commissioning of HT panel Indoor/outdoor type up to 33KV
• Designing of sub-stations up to 132 KV and relay control panels.
Switchgear Panel Designing:
Designing and Generating the Drawings for the Switchgear Panel Design.
• Single line diagram for the whole project.
• General Arrangement (showing cross sectional views, top view, and front view) Drawing of the panel
• Control Schematic drawing
• Foundation detail drawing
• Bill of Material consisting all the Technical details of the equipment inside the panel.

Sub-Station Designing
Single line diagram for the whole project.
Design of Substation sectional view, Layout Drawings, Civil Foundation Drawings, Earthing Layout.
Calculation of Specifications (GTP) for various switchyard Equipments like LA, CT, PT, CB, ISOLATOR.
DC Load Calculation & Power system analysis.
Inspection of HV substation equipment in vendor premises.
Visiting the site for updating the status especially at the time of erection and commissioning.
