 Controlling the production activities inside the shop floor to ensure good quality, resource management & on time delivery.
 Reviewing the jobs with Operational Manager and Project Engineers.
 Responsibility starts from Fabrication of sheet metals to delivery of the switchboards.
 Communicating with HRD for basic needs of the employee.

 Provide pre and post-sales services, including business analysis and bid support, to identify customer technical requirements relating to technical and commercial solutions.

 Responsible from processing the order till delivery of the product to customer end.
 Liaise with the Suppliers to get the product in quality and on time.
 Boosted the potentiality of securing high-value client account through superior sales and relationship building skills.
Major Clients: ABB, DEWA, SEWA, AREVA, ADSB, SIEMENS, ETA, Electromechanical Company LLC, Power Economy ME, Linden berg etc.

 Assisting production manager to maintain and meet the production target
 Planning the job, based on the delivery date required for the job order.
 Controlling the production activities inside the shop floor to ensure good quality, working speed and proper usage of resources.
 Assuring the timely completion of projects. Providing feedback to Production Manager and Project Engineer about jobs.
 Planning, organizing and executing the site work activities.
 Coordinating with the design department for big projects like any special construction.
 Updating and maintaining the factory records/files such as projects log, site log,
Job order files, planning and execution files.
Skills Acquired: Production, Planning and Control in Switchgear Mfg.
