• Responsible to provide technical support and product awareness to sales department for oilfield cementing and completion equipment’s in Middle East, North Africa and Caspian regions.
• Perform technical analysis and application engineering support of well drilling and construction programs (Centra Design - casing standoff and Centralizers placement simulations, Surge and Torque & Drag calculations analysis) to suggest the suitable products for the client’s proposals.
• Preparing technical and commercial proposal for the MENA region Clients in coordination with Engineering & Manufacturing departments and participates in Tender review meetings to insure the optimum product selection for the application and competitive commercial strategies are utilized. Discussing on bidding/ winning strategy with directors and Sales Managers to ensure the maximum share of the profitability is achieved.
• Involved in Business-to-business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer transactions (B2C) to create sourcing plans that reduces cost, secure supply and minimize supply chain disruptions, optimize supply chain strategy aligned with MENA demands.
• Planning Product cost optimization in order to ensure profitability yet being competitive in the MENA & Caspian markets.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to meet quality, delivery to increase the profitability of the Contract / Job.
• Develop action plans, timelines and resource assignments for sourcing projects.
• Lead the supplier evaluation and selection processes, in coordination with Supplier Quality teams, and Supplier Managers. Ensure all decisions for selection and onboarding are documented.
• Set performance objectives with assigned suppliers, including cost reduction, lead time reduction and quality improvement. Define the baseline and improvement targets, and monitor regularly.
• Work with finance team to ensure that all the client’s orders are invoiced as per monthly target revenue.
• Inventory Management of all MENA and Caspian stock locations and maintaining distributors stocks once it reaches re-order level.
• SAP Operational control - Purchase Orders ME21N, Inventory Reports ZDMM05, Sales Orders VA01, Review the Sales history ZDV301 and build the Analysis reports for the management review to plan the budget for each quarter/ year.

Key Result Areas at Downhole Products Middle East FZE:
QA/QC Engineer:
• Studying all material certification and relevant QC documentation from suppliers
• Examining and checking all centralizer and reamer shoe and other associated parts by and for downhole products; verifying compliance of raw materials specification with respect to standards and purchase order
• Organizing and liaising with 3rd party inspectors (TPI)
• Watching the stock storage and taking stock count in the warehouse in compliance with the stock sheet for Middle East, North Africa & Caspian region (MENA) handling the Middle East, North Africa & Caspian region MENA
• Maintaining, keeping control and updating various registers such as calibration register and approved vendors list
• Developing of quality management systems including procedures, local work instructions and forms in accordance with ISO 9001 for meeting corporate or contractual requirements
• Ascertaining QMS requirements for continued customer focus, improvement and analyzing the impact of improvements
• Conducting QA audit visits for ensuring supplier’s quality.

Operations Engineer:
• Responsible and providing pre-sales technical support, product awareness and training to sales department for oilfield cementing and completion equipment’s in Middle East, North Africa and Caspian regions.
• Perform technical analysis and support of well drilling and construction programs for client’s proposals.
• In charge for cementing products application engineering: casing standoff and Centralizers placement simulations, Surge and Torque & Drag calculations analysis.
• Technical support for on-going clients projects on daily basis.
• Preparing technical and commercial proposals for clients with coordination of Engineering & Manufacturing departments based in Aberdeen HQ and participates in post-job review meetings to insure optimum performance and application of company products.
• Planning Product pricing in order to ensure profitability and to being competitive in the MENA & Caspian markets.
• Expediting orders placed with sub-contractors and act as initial contact for any technical queries from subcontractors.
• Inventory Management of all MENA and Caspian stock locations and maintaining distributors stocks once it reaches re-order level.

• Responsible for understanding client’s requirements as a third party inspector and consultant & ensuring their needs been met by vendor
• Check conformity of the material/ equipment with the Quality Control Plan and conducting the stage inspection and final acceptance test for various E&I systems.
• Conducting the tests & ensuring the system’s/instrument’s in compliance with project specification, procedures, & method statements
• Formulating the detailed inspection reports & delivering the non-conformance report if there is a deviation in project specification/ Client requirement
• Controlling and updating documents for references on E&I works (e.g. preparing the procedures for inspections) Inspection of
electrical cables (low voltage & medium voltage), SMDB’s, distribution boards, control systems (PLC, SCADA).
• Client Inspector in Oil & Gas Projects for KJO, GASCO, GS Engineering, Tecnicas Reunidas, Sakhalin Technical Services, Punj Llyod, Blackcat Engineering and Construction, Interface Global Design Build, Dodsal, Saipem, IMCO, Alhassan Engineering & ETA-PCS

• Take full responsibility for the dealing with relevant Broadband customer complaints, queries and requests for information for the start to the end of the process.
• Give the clear instructions over phone to sort out the basis connection issues.
