Supervision of Civil works as per Approved drawings and DEWA specifications. Witnessing the tests pertaining to concrete, compaction, steel, Aggregates etc., Ensure use of only approved materials at site. Scrutinising and approving method statement for each activity and assuring that the work complies with method statement only. Executed works from foundation stage including dewatering.
Assuring that works are in compliance with H. S. E. requirement and standards & interdisciplinary coordination
with the FEWA & TRANSCO specifications for civil works.
Performing the Project Planning and Scheduling as per client’s requirements
Prepare and Review the Minutes of Meeting related to construction execution
Review the tender/contract drawings, specification for execution of project as per requirement
Site management including day to day construction activities to intimate higher management
Evaluate the variation claim submitted by subcontractor or other suppliers
Ensure the contractual and statutory requirements of the projects are complied
Knowledge of the FEWA & TRANSCO approved vendor list for civil works.
Awareness about FEWA & TRANSCO construction methods and procedures adopted for construction with the specific materials used.
Review & approval of structural design calculations & drawing, construction materials, evaluating quantities & checking quantities.
Preparation of monthly schedule program with civil subcontractor & other subcontractor based on the overall project schedule.
Responsible for overall site activity and coordinate with subcontractors, consultant and client.
Confirm and Assure the Site activity as per Approved Drawing and Approved Method Statement and Assure the Construction Materials as per Approved Material Submittal
Preparation of QC check sheets for all activities and follow the works at site as per approved inspection and testing plan for various activities.
