• Scheduling, Arranging & Conducting Internal & External Audits.
• Preparation & Submission of PQP, Method Statements, ITP, Work Inspection Request, Material Inspection request & Material Submittals as per the Project Specification.

• Assuring that sites activities are carried-out according to reference documentation for parts of plant within area of responsibility, authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion
• Implementing relative corrective actions, NCRs and systematically updating records for the non-conformity and identifying appropriate corrective actions
• Managing the collaboration of measurement instruments & related certifications
• Informing the Site Manager of any deviation regarding the contract
• Checking the completeness & conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives
• Controlling inspections and ensuring personnel have access to required project documentation
Reviewing project specifications, drawings and Quality Control plans and procedures.
• Ensure, whenever necessary, the update of site quality control plans / control procedures.
• Preparation of the Inspection Test Plan for the scope of work and have it approved by the client..
• Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation and collect and file the required Quality Records.
• Ensure that all sites activities are carried out according to reference documentation for parts of the plant within his area of responsibility, authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion.
• Cooperate and implementation of relative corrective actions, NCRs, CARs etc. Systematically records the nonconformity or event reports issued and identify appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage collaboration of measurement instruments and related certifications.
• Inform the Site Manager of any deviation regarding the contract.
• Check the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives.
• Ensure that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out and that personnel have access to all required project documentation.

• To coordinate with Consultant for Daily inspection.
• Inspection of all incoming material of Project.
• To perform inspection according to applied SPEC.
• Attending Client / Consultant Technical Meetings.
• Full Involvement in all technical issues.
• Liaising with Sub Contractors for all works.
• Guiding design team for shop drawings preparations.
• Responsible for organizing daily schedule for casting, update and verify shop drawing prior for inspection
• Ensuring proper records as per quality assurance and control procedure, accuracy of the dimension and condition of molds, proper fabrication and placement of reinforcement and location of cast in items, verifying batching plant for mix design, approval of cast in items
• Assuring proper quality in placing concrete consolidation, curing, product handling and storage procedures and taking representative test samples and performed required testing
• Inspection finished product conformance with shop drawing, approval, samples and project requirements. Take pro-active daily routine surveillance involving inspection
• Issuing discrepancy report and non-conformance report, ensuring practices of PPE to workforce and safety measures for health & environment
• Controlled all technical documentation & procedures for prepare method statements
• Reviewed & submitted of MAS (Material Approval sheet) and prepared ITP (Inspection Test Plan)
• Inspection of all incoming material of Project
• Watch and inspect the construction and assure that it is done in full accordance with the plans and specifications.
• Review and approve Shop Drawings of equipment to be installed to assure the equipment meets or exceeds the specifications (often done with the Project Engineer).
• Meet with the General Contractor to keep the project on time and on budget.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
• Performed a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects, including setting out structures involved in construction operations.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the projects.
Reporting to QA/QC engineer for the daily activities.
2 Routine internal inspections for day to day activities in site.
3 Prepare and raising of internal quality observations.
4 Assisting for preparing inspection requests & material submittals
5 Updating logs such as cube log, steel test report log, FDT log & method statement
logs.
6 All raised inspections are pre checked with quality check list .
7 Attending inspections with the consultant if required.
8 Inspecting and recording the inputs at concrete check point for all concrete at site
9 Ensuring cubes are tested periodically at site laboratory.
