Project management with application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to the various project activities.
Ensure timely project execution by balancing the competing project constraints of Scope, quality, schedule, budget resources and risks,
Manage and effectively utilize a team of multi discipline engineers and skilled team members in Design, engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Close out under the project execution.
Effective Project management with identifying requirements, addressing various needs and expectations of stakeholders, setting up effective communications, in-depth planning and scheduling, active controlling and execution of project phases.

• Accomplishing Project management through the application & integration of different project management process of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor & control and closing.
• Executing multidiscipline projects from concept to commissioning with the best practices of project management, Schedule management, estimation, critical analysis, cost control, quality control, crisis management etc.
• Establish the Change management process, Interface register, Effective communication system, reporting & documentation and engagement sessions between all stake holders.
• Effective use of balanced technical, interpersonal and conceptual skills to analyze situations and interact appropriately for the smooth and timely completion of projects.
• Lead and responsible for the achieving the project objectives and communicate on time within the team members for ensuring the project objectives.
• Managing and effectively utilize a project team of multifunctional and skilled members for the successful completion of projects strictly following the quality and HSE standards.
• Monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
• Conducting all technical review workshops Viz, DR, HAZOP, HAZID, SIMOPS, IPF, COP etc. and timely closing out of the action points with all parties to ensure the final deliverables.
• Close out and handing over of the projects completing all documentation including technical & financial close outs.
• Leading the Project Management and Procurement Group handling EPC, EMC and MEP contracts includes Engineering, Estimation support, Planning, Material, Sub-Contracts, Plant &Machinery (Transport & Passenger Vehicles, Cranes, Generators, etc.) Central and Project Stores
• Supervise, motivate and develop the project & procurement team.
• Key role player for PDO projects - Lekhwair Gas field development project and Sairawal Depletion-compression Projects and Daleel power plant projects.
• Interacting with Client, Consultant, Project Heads, Discipline and other department engineers to freeze the technical requirements and gather exact requirement of resource, material and deliveries.
• Coordination with QA/QC & HSE departments to ensure the project quality and safety standards.
• Working together with Finance, Project Managers and Management department for Annual & project budgeting.
• Assessing & finalizing the contract of any variation claims with client
• Offering support to the Contracts Department for all major tenders to provide best pricing and technical clarifications
• Handled the procurement & project coordination activities related to all Electrical, Instrumentation & Mechanical items as per project standards and client’s requirements - OXY and PDO.
• Successfully executed OXY, Mukhaizana and PDO/Qurnalam Steam Injected enhance oil recovery projects.
• Interacted with:
o Erection Group regarding the timely & fault free installation with proper arrangements on vendor personnel mobilization for installation & commissioning supports.
o Planning Department for material deliveries to the site erection activities and strict follow up of milestones.
o QA/QC Department & Client regarding the FAT, site inspection and acceptance of material
o Store Department regarding the GRN and correctness on receipt with back up documents.
o Engineering Department for the review, approval / comments of deliverables, vendor offers, issuance of TBE.
o Finance Department regarding the payment terms & invoice processing and arranging inspection of IRN & DRN
• Expediting release of MRs, MTOs from engineering Consultant / Engineer as per LL register and finalizing POs with the AVME listed vendors
• Negotiated price & terms with vendors and attained management approval for ordering
• Involved in release of final payments, BGs and Retentions as per the specified milestone PO terms & condition.
• Successfully executed various Power plant and Substation projects for the reputed clients of Power Grid Corporation, Grasim Cements, BKPL, KSEB, TNEB, DCW/Wartsila etc.
• Installation and commissioning of Wind farm projects for Dalmia Cements and MBDL.
• Looked after the tendering functions including submission of EPC proposals and followed with the client & consultants to explain the salient features of proposal & accrual benefits to them for proposal acceptance.
• Interpret and follow company tendering process and procedures to ensure all aspects of tender are met including relevant standards and discipline codes.
