Controlling Preventive Maintenance program & Schedule for all Al Geemi fleets.
Monitering equipment utilization, Fuel consumption through online tracking system such as VOLVO-Caretrack, CAT-Vision link, KOMATSU-Komtrax, JCB- live Link & Scania Tracking.
Incarge of handling warrenty claims and follow up with service contact for newly purchased equipments.
Controlling workshop activities, spare parts request, Job cards and other related site works.
Guiding site teams to do minor repairs and preventive maintenance avtivities.
Managing preventive maintenance stock such as oil request, filters etc.
Reporting workshop activities such as break down report, Monthly equipment utilization, Monthly fuel consumption & Monthly oil consumption report to Workshop manager.
Managing employees overtime and request for appraisal for performing employees.
Managing workshop manpower and request if necessary.
Training employees & maintaining good relationship.
Perform preventive maintenance including CAT, Komatsu, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Hino,
Kenworth & Mercedes Trucks.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Providing effective and efficient technical solutions.
2.Regularly reviewing and providing effective, corrective & preventive actions with the
complete focus on value engineering.
3.Evaluate the human resources to deliver the required business outcomes.
4.Manage, lead and develop the workshop team.
WORKSHOP RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Responsible for job flow in the workshop including job scheduling.
2.Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to manage jobs.
3.Provide oversight and check job estimation, Planning and undertaking scheduled
maintenance.
4.Participate in daily, weekly workshop meetings and producing accurate reporting.
5.Supervise the internal paper work (work orders) made in the workshop with accordance to company requirements.
6.Ensure all aspects of equipment servicing in accordance with FMS procedure
1.Inspection of equipment or related engineering inspection services in a timely manner.
2.Prepare accurate field inspection report documents in accordance with company report templates.
3.Maintain effective customer relations through quality service and by addressing customer concerns management as required.
4.Responsible for the inspection of assigned vehicle and equipments inside workshops.
5.Ensuring the procedure of vehicle movement around various workshops and sites.
