* Managing the existing portfolio of over 200 NRI Customers for their banking requirements.

Operations Role
•Customer Resolution Management system (Resolving Customer queries & complaints within TAT by providing the best and prompt solution of their operational issues).
•Maintenance of Bank Deliverables (Tracking the Inward, issuance, Closing Stock of Deliverables on daily basis).
•Sourcing of Saving & Current Account (Involves sourcing responsibility as per Branch Targets, motivating the team, ensuring account opening process by coordinating at processing centre).
•Commenting on team action on customer interaction (Providing support to team through systems by registering the supervisory comments on team’s customer engaging process).
•Income Tracking of PB’s (It involves daily tracking of Income generated by Privilege Banking Team of the branch through their individual portfolios).
•Audit Alerts (Reading through the Audit Alerts, sensitizing the staff on modifications, inculcating the revised processes into daily operations to ensure smooth and error free daily operations).
•Locker Maintenance (Periodical review of the Locker availability, Master file updation, Overdue rent communications to selected customer, Check over adherence of Locker regulations).
•Reconciliation (Locker keys for the entire branch is periodically monitored)
• Ensure smooth activity performance at Teller Area by Indenting or Offloading Cash Movements as per the Daily requirement.
• Issuance of Bank Guarantee, attestations, confirmation certificates, as per Customer request.
Managerial Role
• Ensure Income generation is done by PBs through their respective portfolio customers.
• Ensure Cross sale of all the variety of products that the Bank offer (Both assets & liability).
• Provide the required knowledge to the team to equip them for enhanced performance.
• Introduce various contest within branch to create and maintain healthy competition.
• Ensure 0% staff attrition by maintaining the ideal work environment.
