 Key focus area was to Coordinate / directed activities of the Finance Department to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits
 Assisting in Budget Preparation, gross margins, profits, and corrective actions & finalization of accounts
 Reviewed / analyzed costs and operational data to ascertain Company’s progress and made reports
 Receivable and Payable management.
 Responsible for closing jobs for large Groups, Incentive, Conferences and Cruise Operations
 Organized and participated in cruise/Groups movements, Client Support for Aida Cruise operations
 Liaison with Auditors during interim and final audits
 Responsible for Coordinating with Emirates Bank for Online payments through Smart Business
 Maintaining strong relationship with key Tour operators and suppliers
 Preparation of Cash Flows, Funds flows.
 Monitoring Cashier Job functions
 To Co-ordinate between the service department and customers for any service related issues
 Responsible for Bank Reconciliations and Group Company reconciliations.
 Co ordination with Foreign Rep offices for commissions payments and Remunerations.
 Played a active role in implementation of ERP software Navision for both Finance and Operations.

 Supervision of the accounts for the Oman Branch

 Sending of insurance quotations to clients and raising of sales invoices.
