Analyze actual weld defects to control project repair rate.( If any defect found in joint than arrange training to particular welder with show the defected RT films so, he know that what mistake is happen and develop skill next time.)
Co-ordination with each department S/I to improve and control Reporting/Documentation system
Follow up to close open NCR/LBE.
Establish system for tracking NDE records.
Follow up for regular RT/PT/MT/HT/PWHT work at CPFE site and RT assessment report to take approval from Aramco.
Update Qualified welders list, continuity records and check status of active or not active( if not active than return JCC to Aramco for cancellation)
Prepare Two weeks look ahead inspection schedule ( Schedule Q 1.6)
Discussed with PID& PID supervisor to solve Daily issue raise by him regarding quality activity at site
Prepare weekly Data base reporting as per SATR-W-2019 and SATR-W-2013 and submit to PID.( SATIP-W-011-01 Act. No-3.13)
Update the weekly NDT status.and follow up for requirements.( Line Class wise / welder wise )
Utilize work distribute carefully to NDT agency as per work volumn and Plan to minimize their time sheet for cost control.
Welding equipment calibration inspection and verification.
Co-ordination with Hydro test team to clear welding/ NDT related issues of test packages and follow up to take signature from PID on line history sheet
Inspection coverage for Tie-In and Hot tapping work.

Witness of procedure qualification & welder qualification test.
Arrange training program(Tool Box talk) of welders, fitters and helpers about joint design, types of materials, use of different type of welding consumable, cause of welding defects & methode of control welding defects during welding etc for achieve better quality without delay of progress .
Training of subcontractor's supervisor about job procedures, specifications to improve field quality without delay of progress.
Ensure to PMC /OWNER that job is going on as per project requirement specification/code /standards for satisfaction.
Communication with document controller to verify that approved inspection reports entered in system & filing in sequence to generate and maintain a test packages.
Review test package files & verify that package is mechanically completed and take clearance from PMC
Witness of pressure testing as per the requirements of approved procedure and final clearance of records by client in all aspects
Inspection of wrapping & coating work in U/G piping.
Inspection of Holiday test & peal test in U/G piping.
Visual & stage inspection of welding joints.
Co ordination with HVAC & Clean Agent system’s vendor at site
