• Managed the entire recruitment cycle to ensure timely recruitment of personnel in accordance with the approved manpower plan and valid staff requisitions.
• Developed and executed recruitment plans using web portals, databases, job engines, social media, referrals, contacts and online recruitment resources.
• Worked with hiring managers to develop job descriptions; posted online/print advertisements for vacant positions using different channels - websites, social media, etc., and requested applications from eligible candidates.

• Assessed the candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation; ensured that applicants are expecting packages with company scale before screening the candidate for next rounds of interview.
• Screened candidates’ applications, shortlisted qualified candidates, organized interviews, communicated the interview schedule to shortlisted applicants as well as finalized the interviewing panel.
• Conducted interviews in conjunction with departmental managers, recorded details of every applicant, communicated interview results and arranged to prepare offer letters.

• Served as primary point of contact for clients and candidates in the entire recruitment process; monitored all recruitment related statistics and generated reports for clients and senior management review.
• Managed internal recruitment, collated staffing requirements from departmental managers, developed job descriptions, defined eligibility criteria and finalized the mode of recruitment.
• Participated in the offer process, prepared offer letter/employment agreement for signature and liaised between new hires and human resources, ensuring submission of all documentation required.
• Engaged with employees to build and maintain healthy relationship with them; managed issues such as leaves, attendance, medical insurance and all other related issues.
• Involved in editing and creating the organization structure with different consultancy firms such as PWC.
