National Information Center (NIC) Project
Responsibilities:
•Monitoring and Preparing the annual budget .
•Reviews payments with their related documentations .
•Suggests process/control improvements inline with audit findings and supports the implementation of corrective actions.
•Implements Department policies and procedures and ensure compliance with related rules/regulations.
•Participates in the Implementation of Department related projects.
•Performs Department business transactions in timely manner.
•Develops periodic reports related to the activities of the Department.
•Contributes to team results by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to add value to the organization; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed
-Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
-Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
-Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
