During this period I was responsible for developing coordination with all Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, SWCC IK- EPC projects and business development. In addition to develop Saudi engineers for OOK OJT training plan with major projects such as with Saudi Aramco, Sabic, Maaden and Royal commission. Samsung Engineering Company Ltd. As Project engineer in PMT department and I was responsible for:
• all industrial clients' project management coordination requirements and bridge the gap by facilitation with key people.
• point of contact with knowledge of Projects stages SOI, IFP and tasks required for preparation and planning of key projects.
• all IT software and hardware commercial biddings as well as subcontracting requirements as per RFP scope.
• a list of the client approved vendors to assure the quality standards and EPC schedules will not be affected.
• and addressed all procurement requirements via IK-EPC System that allows us to deliver required Materials and equipment on time to client's sites.
• Samsung issues with Royal Commissions and maintaining the relationship for LSTK and Unit rate projects.
• JV MOMs with Major clients in Saudi Arabia and hire Saudi engineers and develop extensive OJT plan for each project package followed by the assignment in HQ plants at Seoul then to Project site.
Work Experiences:
• the policy for talent acquisition, Interviews competent candidates, engagement programs of the hiring divisions. (/ for for Central projects and/ for Masder).
• the overhead staff skills by create on Job Training Programs for Saudi Technical Inspectors, HR, GR staff and follow up by training advisors.
• and arranging In House Workshops for all divisions' commercial staff such as (Business Intelligence Workshops, Balanced Score Card, and Coaching for top performance) and OOC Workshops (HR Summit, Saudization Strategies, PMP and other courses).
• staff nomination to attend the required courses based one performance and availability. Development of the Supervisors, staff and leadership skills and sign the undertaken for cost reimbursement by the company.
• and control company Human Resource Development Fund (DAR-HRDF) system for all Saudi employees since. The HRDF system output Claims collection about 3, , SAR and continues with a monthly funding in addition to that, initiate job stability stipends ( SR yearly) according to HRDF eligibilities.
Work Experiences: 2. Sadara Chemical Company During this period I was responsible for developing target training programs for all functions based on priority such as ITD, certification, IK/OOK OJT and plant essential courses. Adult learning skills were the key element in mission accomplishment.
