► Summary:
The main role i do is managing the bids to meet the customer requirements and deliver high quality successful proposals.
► Key Accountabilities & Activities:
Managing the opportunities from qualification through to contract award.
Assemble a bid team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid.
Managing the inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, project manager, quality, finance, solutions team, legal and delivery.
Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
Ensuring quality requirements are met.
Contributing to the written proposal - in terms of both content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary).
Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
Working under pressure and challenging deadlines.
Enhance the processes & procedures related to my role in the organization.
