• Prepared the project proposal document, concept design, project specifications and related documents in compliance with the organizational guidelines and project requirements.
• Liaised with local authorities to elaborate project theme, devised an optimized project plan, including percolations, as per project requirements.
• Managed through supervisors under purview all key operations and their assigned staff members encompassing mechanical, civil, and structural domains.
• Provided administrative support to the project by managing support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, pricing BOQ, quality management and internal communication.
• Applied functional expertise, assured liaison between Engineering Management in “Jabal Khandama Development Project” and General Management, maintained proper documentation of the project, and escalated project issues to achieve the objectives efficiently.
