My responsibilities are as mentioned below :-
1. To prepare the monthly closing process to be followed by the offices across our group;
2. Consolidation of the monthly results of the Group;
3. Report the results to US IPG through HFM and Hyperion;
4. Review the results on monthly basis and provide explanation for the variances;
5. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and half yearly analysis required by the Middle East and US Finance functions;
6. Responsible for annual statutory accounts preparation for multiple entities;
7. Manage production of quarterly reforecast and budget process along with the FP&A Director.
8. Key point of contact for external auditors.
Preparation of Financial Statements in the required format, carrying out of fieldwork, preparation of file for review and its submission to my manager, clearing of review points and issuing of audit report to the client.
Successfully completed ACCA Examination and the relevant work experience by working in a Platinum Approved Employer.
Completed Bachelor of Commerce from Sri Venkateswara College, New Delhi.
Successfully completed Chartered Accountancy PE 2 (Inter Level) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India along with the compulsory 250 hours of training in MS Office.
