Roles and Responsibilities: a) Maintain high criteria of projects in accordance with highest standards, safety rules, key performance indicator (KPI) and best practice. b) Ensure to deliver QA/QC and HSE requirements of the contract. c) Coordinate with client for progressive payments as per contract. d) Prepare and ensure timely implementation of annual maintenance program. e) Prepares claims and variations. f) Attend meetings with client / consultant as per schedule and requirements, resolve any clarifications and communications with site personal. g) Reviews and approves local purchase order for project materials. h) Advise on technical support aspects. i) Be fully aware of contract requirements. j) Determine and monitor the resources (time, money, equipment) required to complete all tasks. k) Ensure additional landscape works is carried out in accordance with the specifications/ drawings provided and completed on time and within budgets. l) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations.
Roles and Responsibilities: a) Managed a team of Irrigation & Landscape designers and installers to complete projects on time, within budget, and with high quality standards. b) Oversaw the implementation of new designs, including plantings, hardscapes and irrigation systems. c) Managing the project site works in accordance with the approved master programme. d) Daily communication & updates to client, consultant & staf. e) Attending Technical progress meetings with client & consultants for upcoming & ongoing Landscape & Irrigation projects.
Roles and Responsibilities: a) Managing, leading, supporting, supervising, leading and motivation team of irrigation and landscaping personals to perform their duties successfully and eficiently. b) Responsible for estimation, construction, operation and maintenance of landscape and irrigation works. Conceptualize, design and set up residential and commercial irrigation systems. c) Attending Technical progress meetings with client & consultants for upcoming & ongoing Landscape & Irrigation projects. d) Actively participate during meetings with Engineers, Landscape Architects and Project Managers. e) Process the purchasing of materials necessary in work projects. f) Directly communicate with Sub-Contractors and Clients to maintain quality service delivered by the company. g) Manage the collaboration of design staf in the development of appropriate designs, vetting proposed design solutions as required to ensure their viability and maintaining the highest standards of design quality. h) Maintain Client relations by being lead contact proposal point for Client. i) Determine resources required by various projects, and to manage the resources allocated to meet project objectives and schedules.
j) Monitor and evaluate performance of staf. Managing the remuneration of irrigation engineers & technicians, appointing irrigation personals whenever required, and continuously assessing their performance. k) Managing a team of irrigation and landscaping engineers, technicians & draftsmen, and coordinating with other departments related with other aspects of the project other than irrigation. l) Educate technicians with new techniques and advances in the field of irrigation, so that they can adapt to the new technologies. m) Setting parameters on the use of materials and services within the approved financial budgets of the irrigation projects. n) Counselling clients in terms of water usage that may increase companys productivity and decrease their cost.
Roles and Responsibilities: a) Designing golf course irrigation system for Emirates Golf Course. b) Coordinating with field-based staf during contract coordination and construction. c) Overseeing golf course irrigation works on day to day basis. d) Evaluation & submission of the tender documents for irrigation works.
Roles and Responsibilities: a) Designing of Automatic irrigation systems & preparation of shop drawings as per the technical specifications. b) Planning of the irrigation projects and water requirement of the landscape areas through analysis of the application rate and diferent irrigation methods and techniques. c) Costing of irrigation system and landscaping works. d) Evaluation & submission of tender documents for irrigation & landscaping works. e) Preparation of irrigation submittals pertaining to the projects. f) Coordinating with consultants for design approvals. g) Coordinating with site installation team regarding irrigation works. h) Attending Technical meetings with client & consultants for upcoming & ongoing Landscape & Irrigation projects. i) Finalizing the irrigation product with technical compatibility of the system and the supplier.
Roles and Responsibilities: a) Business Development related to the irrigation works. b) Handle & co-ordinate the sales team to attain the business objectives. c) Coordinating with clients & consultants for business development. d) Meeting the sales targets & collection of payments. e) Designing of the Irrigation System. f) Estimation & Costing of the Irrigation System. g) Evaluation & submission of the tender document for irrigation works.
Roles and Responsibilities: a) Supervision of the installation team. b) Designing/ Survey of Landscape Irrigation Layout c) Enquiry Generation. d) Site Analysis. e) After Sales Service, Marketing and Installation of various irrigation equipments.
