• Meticulously increased the number of customers from 25 to 250 and changing the application technology from 2 to 7 numbers
• Demonstrated abilities in achieving the merger of National starch to Henkel as well as handling the merger of Cytec PSA to Henkel India independently.
• Build strong business relations at decision making levels with key clients to ensure their continued patronage. Some of the key clients are ITC PPD, Garware, Zydus Cadila, , Dr. Reddys, Sun pharma, Avery Dennison, UPM Reflatac, Intek tapes, Silueta srilanka, sintesi etc.
• Developed business of PSA, Paper Converting and Transdermal Adhesives in the Indian subcontinent
• Instrumental in creating and enabling the context / environment for successfully conducting business in the Indian subcontinent
• Actively involved in developing detailed S&D plans for the region and implementing the same to achieve all the set targets
• Actively conceptualised & developed the strategies, guidelines & plans for developing the channel partners & dealers network
• Accountable for liaising with user departments, arranging product specifications favourable for company’s product range, generating enquiries, submitting techno-commercial offers & concluding supply contracts on mutually advantageous terms
• Extensively worked jointly with Customer Service Group and Credit, Supply Chain to ensure customer satisfaction
• Essayed a stellar role in driving the multi-year view of the business plan in collaboration with Regional Operations and the Country Managers
• Dexterously evaluated the new business opportunities and service offerings in conjunction with the US Tech Team
• Appointed as Director AFERA India Middle East.
