I completed an internship in the laboratory department at
Pakistan During this internship, I
gained practical experience in laboratory procedures, sample
collection, and testing processes. I assisted staff in handling
specimens, maintaining records, and following safety protocols. This
experience enhanced my laboratory skills and understanding of
diagnostic procedures.

I worked as a volunteer with Pakistan National Heart
Association (PANAH) at MH Hospital. I helped in organizing health
awareness activities and supported patients during medical camps.
My duties included patient registration, guiding people, and assisting
in basic health checks like blood pressure. I also worked with the
medical team to promote heart health and healthy lifestyle
awareness.
