Social Media Management
Responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence
Responsibility of managing the official Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages for Boehringer Ingelheim Middle East Africa region.
Leading the creation of editorial calendar and development of creative assets aligning with the business objectives covering disease awareness and employer branding for Middle East and Africa regions.
Planning and execution of campaigns around business priorities.
Managing the localization of global assets to implement corporate priorities to the regional audience.
Creating measurement reports of the pages and campaigns to review the current activities and accordingly plan the upcoming actions.
Responsible for managing promotions and Social ad campaigns by allocating appropriate budget for successful implementation.
Close collaboration with the business functions to plan the local priorities throughout the year.
Working closely with the social media agency to plan the page activities and reaching out to the relevant influencers and bloggers to increase the reach of the pages.
Implementation of social media workshops and masterclasses for the employees to ensure their participation in a compliant method.
Digital Communications
Responsible for migration of the intranet pages from CQ5 to SharePoint.
Responsible for creation and management of content for the internal social media platforms
Running internal campaigns on the intranet platform and training the content editors every quarter.
Management of MEA website from content perspective on Drupal.
External and Internal Communications
Working closely with the Head of External Communications for Media related activities like press events, press releases, media relations, etc.
Responsible for creating a social impact strategy for the regional offices under the global objectives.
Involved in strategy, planning and implementation of internal events.
Responsible for creating designs on Photoshop and Illustrator for internal branding, newsletters and promotions.
Financial
Forecasting and Managing Budget for the Media and Digital activities.
Responsible for the creation of editorial calendars and strategy for creatives for the Social Media pages of the client, YouTube Japan.
Communication with Social Media Influencers and Fashion Bloggers from South East Asia briefing them about the campaign and their involvement for the Facebook, Twitter, Google+ pages.
Monitoring and creating reports for the campaign based on the KPIs.
Managing an intern along with the creative designer to develop assets on time.
Responsible for developing a strong client and candidate network.
Market research and business development.
