•Transitioning to Outsourcing Model. Zero delays in deliverables, 15 months since transition.
•Delivered consistent reduction/savings in various cost heads by optimizing/rationalizing resources
Role:
•Managed treasury functions which included opening of Letter of Credits, Trust Receipts with various banks for financing of imports
•Monitored short term investments of the company with banks and timely initiating Renewal/reinvestment as per cash flow requirement
•Introduced Cash Budgeting exercise in the business.
