• Creation and verification of purchase requisitions, service orders in SRM portal and SAP before PO creation.
• Managing the PO creation, PO changes including delivery dates, price and Qty. changes as per actual invoices received from Suppliers, payment terms, currency changes, tax code and material code updates
• Maintain Material category list for buying process.
• Maintain vendor pricing list for catalogue creation for local markets.
