National Security:
- Follow the orders of Egyptian Intelligence Security.
- Setting strategic plans for national security of Egypt.
Computing and Networking:
- Responsible for network update.

- Responsible for network security and firewalls.
Administrative and Financial Affairs:
- Developing administrative and financial system.
- Streamlining of administrative and financial system.
- Issue decisions and rules in all related areas of administrative and financial system.
Training:
- Setting strategic regional training plans for different countries.
- Setting plans for training department.
- Study and analysing training plans.
- Follow-up on training needs and plans.
- Set special track for strategic training.
- Set special track for strategic tournament.
- Implement training plans.
