3- Nora Tower, Khobar, KSA. January 2015 - June 2016

Project Description :
- The main deliverables of the project are a rentable building and hotel building consists of ground floor and 3 typical floors containing 160 rooms, in addition to the landscape of the project. The Total Budget is less than 75, 000, 000 M, and the Built-Up Area is 10, 000 m2.

Job Duties and responsabilities:
1- Prepared and update Level-4 Schedule using Primavera.
2- Project monitoring as per schedules and prepare progress reports.
3- Preparing recovery schedules and update plans.
4- Plan & Forecast the Resources (Manpower & Equipment).
5- Analyse the Delays & track the delayed tasks.
6- Monitoring of Procurement Logs, Change Order Control Register and Issue logs
7- Prepare Progress Reports (Weekly & Monthly) including Progress Assessment Curves (S- Curves)
8- Responsible for developing and negotiating subcontracts, arranging payments.
9- Managing the Contractors to meet all contract requirements including cost, schedule, technical and quality requirements.
10- Prepare the delay analysis reports and present it to the owner and Management.
11- Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings and preparing of Minutes Of Meeting (MOM)

Multiple Concurrent small scale (Less than 10M) projects in Riyadh, relevant to Maintenance works of WTP (water treatment plants) and infrastructure projects.

3- Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
4- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
5- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
6- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
